We rent out the whole house (not individual rooms), so your party will be the only one at the house when you book.

The house includes six bedrooms (sleeps 13 people) and five bathrooms. Each bedroom is configured differently, so take a look at the Rooms page to decide who in your party should sleep where.

There’s a very large pool right on beach level, that is all concrete like the pool of an old villa. It is not painted blue so you feel like you are swimming in a natural lake. The pool is lit for night swimming.

Augustina and her cousin, Christina live in the house you see when you first drive through our gates. They do all the cooking and cleaning. They will be happy to cook all three meals each day if that is what you would like. They are excellent cooks and the food is always fresh from the local markets and the fishing boats.

Amado is our caretaker. He is on property every day cleaning the pool, tending to the grounds and fixing whatever needs fixing. He also does all the barbecuing which is always amazing.

As far as electronics… the house has WIFI, no TV’s, but does have a DVD player and lots of old movies that you can project onto the walls at night. Caveat: it is hard to hear these movies over the sound of the waves.
